Please note that we have observed there are various methods used to defraud the public at large through communication made with the unauthorized use of Zolostays’s name and brand. Zolostays's name has been fraudulently used by third parties, often communicating via messaging services on unofficial websites and apps.
Please be aware that certain individuals might approach you, by falsely presenting themselves as our employees, agents or representatives. Under this false pretense, they might try to gain access to your personal information or to acquire money or other valuables from you or by claiming that they are contacting you on our behalf.
The purpose of such activities is to induce you to provide sensitive information or to pay a fee through a web-link or through other modes of communication. Please refrain from transferring any money or providing any details to such persons before verifying their authenticity.
If you believe you are the victim of fraud resulting from such activities, please follow these steps:
Without delay, file a complaint with the relevant legal authorities. You can reach out to the local cyber cell or file a FIR at the police station.
Report the scammer or the ad by writing to us at info@zolostays.com or by calling us at 8884518010. We will investigate it straight away.
Please keep all relevant information handy to support your case i.e. payment proofs, chat history, call recordings, etc.
You are strongly advised to use only our official website to communicate with Zolostays. Any other customer care communication channel or contact numbers available on the Internet may be fraudulent. Please be vigilant against such scams and only make payments through the Zolo App.
Criminal and/or civil liabilities may arise from such actions and we intend to cooperate with competent law enforcement agencies and to ask them to take appropriate action whenever such phenomena occur.
Please note that Zolostays shall not be held liable or responsible for any claims, losses, damages, expenses, or other inconvenience resulting from or in any way connected to these fraudulent activities.
We are taking action with the relevant authorities to stop the fraudulent use of our brand. Please beware if anyone asks you to send money first as visiting charges. You may be tricked by paying a small amount first and eventually, you may end up losing a lot of money!
We strongly encourage you to remain alert at all times and exercise caution when sharing your personal information.
