If you see an error message saying, “User not onboarded, please check with your warden,” this usually means your mobile number is not registered. In this case, please check with your warden or the college administrator to confirm the registered phone number. If you’re attempting to log in with a different number, you may need to raise a request.

If you’re using the registered number but still unable to log in, please raise a complaint with the warden.

Guardians can log in using the mobile number registered with the college administration. Make sure to select the “Guardian” tab on the login page and enter your number. You will receive an OTP to log in.

Escalation status and details are also found under the main navigation tabs. For guardians, they are listed under the 'Escalation' tile in the Home tab. Students can view them in the 'Stay' tab. This organized layout allows both parties to track escalations and monitor any required actions.

How can I view my details and update my profile?

To view and update your profile, go to the profile icon in the top-right corner of the 'Stay' tab (for students). Here, you can edit details like your name, branch, and phone number. Changes will be sent to the warden for verification and approval.
