When an escalation is raised, both the student and their parent receive a mobile alert. Notifications are accessible by clicking the bell icon at the top-right corner of the app, displaying all recent alerts.
Escalation status and details are also found under the main navigation tabs. For guardians, they are listed under the 'Escalation' tile in the Home tab. Students can view them in the 'Stay' tab. This organized layout allows both parties to track escalations and monitor any required actions.
