Students can log in to the app using the mobile number registered with their college administration. If you see an error message saying, “User not onboarded, please check with your warden,” this usually means your mobile number is not registered. In this case, please check with your warden or the college administrator to confirm the registered phone number. If you’re attempting to log in with a different number, you may need to raise a request.
If you’re using the registered number but still unable to log in, please raise a complaint with the warden.
