Can I cancel my move in request, if yes how?

Zolo tries to help its customers in every possible way, no matter what’s your requirement we are here for you 24*7. Move-in requests can be canceled via Zolo App/Website. Canceling the move-in request doesn't mean that your money will be refunded. Please note that it will only get refunded if the booking is not confirmed from our end.
