Q: What is expected of me?

Any kind of disrespect towards the staff will not be tolerated and will result in eviction. Please be respectful to other Zolo residents and neighbours of the property. All celebrations, loud conversations, music, etc. must stop latest by 10:30 pm. Please keep your rooms clean and tidy. Maintain a good environment for yourself and those sharing the space with you. Drying of clothes is to be done only in the designated areas. Any clothes found hanging in undesignated areas such as rooms and corridors will incur a fine of Rs.200. Distribution and consumption of drugs are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in termination of the agreement, and notification will be sent to parents, guardians, academic institutes/employers, and local law authorities. Consumption of alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a fine and will result in eviction. Please do not let your habits cause problems for others.

Is there any minimum stay at Zolo?

Zolo resident needs to serve 30 days of the notice period. This, in a way, also means that the minimum duration of thirty days will also process the refund money when s/he leaves the property.

Are pets allowed in Zolo?

A resident’s prime priority is to have a hassle-free experience and so, we at Zolo, make sure that the inconvenience of any sort never knocks at their door. Hence, Keeping in mind other people’s ease, pets are not allowed within the Zolo premises.

Question 3

Can I bring my guests to Zolo?

Accepted Answer

To maintain a homely environment few policies are implied by Zolo.

For a resident’s safety and security reasons, Zolo has a few rules and regulations and among them are Visitors Hosting Policies.

Opposite gender guests (except parents) are only allowed to visit you in the activity area.
Zolo properties host a guest until 8 PM ONLY.
Before the arrival of your guests, ‘raise a concern’ at least 7 days prior to the visit and only after Zolo approves your request your guest can stay overnight.
If your guest is staying overnight, then you have to make payments accordingly:-
Up to 7 days: Rs 500/- per day per person (plus 18% GST)
Exceeding 7 days: Entire month’s rent and security deposit
The costs may vary according to the Zolo property you are staying
Lastly, you are liable to your guest's conducts and payments.
